Your tasks During the 3-year training period, you will learn about such things as cashiering, customer contact, stocking and presenting merchandise, and ensuring freshness, quality and cleanliness. You will also check incoming goods in the warehouse, assist with stocktaking or, in the third year of training, draw up personnel deployment plans and manage your own first shift. In addition to vocational school, you will take part in training courses, seminars and projects and will always be supervised by experienced trainers. If you are personally suitable and pass your final exams well, you have the opportunity to become a deputy store manager or store manager. That's why you will receive intensive support during your training - from the HR department in our regional company, the specialist departments and a trainee mentor. In your day-to-day work, you will grow both professionally and personally: through varied tasks, trainee projects, such as "Managing a Branch" and in-house training. In addition, trainee events and employee events promise a lot of fun and the chance to gain exciting insights. Your remuneration (1,100 €/month in the first year, 1,200 €/month in the second year, 1,350 €/month in the third year) is also impressive.
