Start of training: August 1 Your tasks With our high school graduation program, you will combine your training as a "retail salesman" with the advanced training as a "Certified Retail Specialist IHK" - your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future. During the practical phases in the store, you will get to know our business from the ground up and learn how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness. Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, merchandise planning or cashiering: You'll get stuck in and give it your all We will also train you in employee management so that you will soon be able to take on your first shift. To further develop your skills, you'll take part in various training courses and seminars - you'll also acquire the IHK trainer's license.
